I have known these two dwellings for a good many years and yet rarely seen them in September where their creamy beige suggested that they had grown organically from the ground.

After some time contemplating the arrangement, a stab of hard light lent a little theatre to the scene. Thankfully the middle hill remained subdued. The clouds were with me on that day as they offered their shadows to me to help mitigate what may have been a monotonous and featureless foreground.
